Kim, Kim, Kim...I almost cried reading your recollection of this experience! I don't remember being "behind" you though. I seem to recall running right along with you, up until the disappearance down the hill, at which point I just stood there in shock, watching. I felt so bad for you. Even though we all laugh now, I think you handled that WAY better than had it been me. After all...I was the one crying about not having my purse in the family pics, right?!?!?

That is priceless. I have a similar story except I was stuck at the Mexican border trying to get back into CA. I didn't erupt but I was sweating buckets and nearly passed out. Ahhhhhh poop stories. They never get old even if we do. Ah ha.

My daughter is screaming b/c she is terrified of the thunderstorm and all I can do is try my best to hang on to the chair I am sitting in b/c I'm pretty sure the laughter is going to drive me right off of it! Can't tell you the last time I laughed like that...thank you for a good Tuesday chuckle!
